Um retiro de um dia dedicado à tua expressão criativa, ao bem-estar e à reconexão interior. Uma pausa consciente.

Pensado especialmente para mulheres, este encontro irá proporcionar-te um espaço seguro e inspirador, onde corpo, mente e intuição se encontram com a tua criatividade.

Durante o retiro, as participantes serão acompanhadas por uma facilitadora e serás convidada a mergulhar em práticas como yoga para iniciantes, meditação, colagem intuitiva, cerâmica criativa e outras surpresas. Não é necessária experiência prévia, apenas abertura para explorar e vontade de sair da rotina.

O ambiente acolhedor e carismático do atelier, aliado a um almoço leve e nutritivo, convida-te a uma pausa do ritmo acelerado do dia a dia. Vem experimentar, esperamos por ti.

O que está incluído:

• Todas as atividades do programa

• Acompanhamento por facilitadora

• Participação limitada para garantir um ambiente íntimo

• Prática de Detox Digital (uso de telemóvel apenas no final do retiro)

Aveiro Retiro Criativo - Aveiro Creative Retreat

During the retreat, participants will be accompanied by a facilitator and invited to immerse themselves in practices such as yoga for beginners, meditation, intuitive collage, creative ceramics, and other surprises. No prior experience is necessary, just an openness to exploration and a desire to break from the routine.

The studio's welcoming and charismatic atmosphere, combined with a light and nutritious lunch, invites you to take a break from the hectic pace of everyday life. Come try it, we look forward to seeing you.
