Durante o retiro, as participantes serão acompanhadas por uma facilitadora e serás convidada a mergulhar em práticas como yoga para iniciantes, meditação, colagem intuitiva, cerâmica criativa e outras surpresas. Não é necessária experiência prévia, apenas abertura para explorar e vontade de sair da rotina.

A one-day retreat dedicated to your creative expression, well-being, and inner reconnection. Designed especially for women, this gathering will provide you with a safe and inspiring space where body, mind, and intuition meet your creativity.
During the retreat, participants will be accompanied by a facilitator and invited to immerse themselves in practices such as yoga for beginners, meditation, intuitive collage, creative ceramics, and other surprises. No prior experience is necessary, just an openness to exploration and a desire to break from the routine.
The studio's welcoming and charismatic atmosphere, combined with a light and nutritious lunch, invites you to take a break from the hectic pace of everyday life. Come try it, we look forward to seeing you.
