About us
Hello, my name is Catarina and I’m passionate about Creative Universes. From a very young age, I have felt a deep connection with Creativity and Nature always present in my personal search for my inner expression and self-knowledge.
I have followed other paths; I’m an Engineer and I have worked in the field for several years. This cycle brought me the alchemy of incredible experiences and growth that allowed me to clearly see that it is people and their team spirit — the energy of the collective — that make a mission a greater good.
Therefore the chapter of engineering was closed with gratitude and with the courage to embrace my passion for Creativity and so I create the Katharós project. An Atelier dedicated on helping women rediscover the creativity of their own hands and take some time off from everyday life.
The alchemy of our heart, the relationship with others and with the World is the driving force behind Katharós, which is the ancestral origin of the name Catarina (from the Greek καϑαρός, katharós, "pure").
